In the context of technology convergence, the Customer Interfaces team aims to promote the adoption of user interfaces between human and machine (including BOTs and apps) within the group. The team has the objective to enable BU's to be autonomous on these subjects and to promote the user interfaces.
Summary objective of the job
As a member of the Customer Interfaces team you will work on a conversational agent project.
During this project, your tasks will be:
Creation and maintenance a graph database in Neo4j
Integration of API's
Integration of NLP, NLU
Integration of Social Media hub
Creation of user interface
Integration of reporting and monitoring
Creation of documentation of the development
Integration with CRM system in Salesforce
Profile
Qualifications:
JavaScript (with knowledge of ES6): 3 years
Java (with knowledge of version 8): 3 years
Java EE (essentially Servlet/JSP): 3 years
Neo4j Cypher SQL: 1 year
SOA principles (SOAP, Rest): 2 years
Salesforce: 1 year
Additional competencies /skills required:
You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality
You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently
Experience with Agile methodologies
Nice to have competencies:
Experience with IntelliJ / WebStorm
Experience with WebPack and NPM
Experience with CI/CD
Languages: Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
