Main tasks to be performed :
- Administration, implementation and maintenance of the Linux infrastructure
- Implementation and maintenance of the system monitoring and management infrastructure
- Linux system builds and support regarding Linux issues
- Supervise the integrity and stability of the different environments (from development until production)
- Automation and deployment software
- Administration and maintenance of development and test infrastructure
- Installation and administration of the system management tools and support software services necessary to support the application.
- Interaction with developers ( devops experience ) for problem solving – root cause analysis
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Knowledge of Linux OS (Red Hat 7)
- Knowledge of virtualisatie (VMWare)
- Knowledge of Web Server (Apache)
- Knowledge of Web Application Server (Tomcat)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Systems
- Knowledge of shell scripting
- Knowledge of monitoring
- Knowledge of Puppet and related tools
- Knowledge of Directory services (LDAP, FGDS)
- Knowledge of MySQL
