Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.
The role:
  • Develop and fix automation using robotics BluePrism software across all macro processes in our Prague centre;
  • Ensure that all robotized processes are running properly and their outputs/outcomes are delivered within expected business KPIs/SLAs;
  • Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand even for a new person in case the developer is replaced;
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases;
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • Technical University degree;
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst / Developer / Engineer is an advantage;
  • Advanced MS Office with a high emphasis on Excel (ability to develop VBA macros in Excel/MS Access);
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Resilience and high stress-level tolerance
  • Proactive and open-minded
