YOUR JOB
The purpose of the job is to manage and organize beer stock for all EUR or MEX Export flow within the company. This is done according to the stock process definitions to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA's. An important part of our daily routine is managing and delivering our own tasks in an effective and efficient manner. In addition to this, the job requires a pro-active and action-orientated approach with regards to addressing problems. The aim is to find sustainable short and long term solutions for improving daily routines. The team gives great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, advance your Excel and use of SAP.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES

• Coordination within Export Log teams and Inventory Domestic teams to provide visibility on stocks and status update on open orders, in order to avoid OOS or SL hits
• Is accountable for assuring the right finished goods/empties are available at the right location in the 1ste tier network at the right moment
• Creates needed stock transfer requisitions and aligns with transport planning and logistics operations on right timings
• Analyzes stock age for finished goods inventories, identifies risks and liaises with business SPOCs to alleviate the risk
• Shared responsibility with Team Leader for resolving key operational issues in the team
• Provide trainings to new comers and support them during the onboarding period
• Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects
• Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader

YOUR GENERAL SKILLS

• Logistics understanding, especially in regards to sense of urgency and prioritization
• Interpersonal skills / Assertiveness & Communication
• General business sense
• Flexibility, resilience, ability to perform in stressful conditions

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Logistics Experience in an ideally FMCG Company for at least 1-2 year
• Experience in Supply chain overall and in Logistics Transport or Warehousing

YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Fluency in English (Spanish/Portuguese depending on the Team)

YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Education level: Graduate degree
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
