Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.
You will:

• Support set-up of new organization of Export Mexico team in Prague.
• Support testing of new tool and interfaces as part of project Connect roll-out
• Minimize exposure to penalties due to incorrect documentation and/or demmurrage ($ millions)
• Minimize exposure to penalties due to wrong documentation, demurrage cost or return orders sent back to harbor.
• Work in a quick changing and constantly developing environment
• Work with SAP ERP and other local applications and e-mail communication
• Fully understand documentation need and complexity for global export business
• Ensure orders are ready for loading in applicable info systems (SAP, Axis/Flow)
• Handle customs clearance for Europe, Mexico and North America
• Perform team routines and check points
• Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

• People with 2-3 years working experience (preferably in Logistics, FMCG, Customer Relationship Management, Administration)
• People with knowledge of SAP ERP
• Curious, ambitious and resilient people who thrive in fast-moving environment

• Spanish and English speakers on professional level
