Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour Role and Responsibilities :As a Microsoft IT administrator, you integrate a dynamic and innovative team of expert profiles. Within this team, your challenge will be to administer, operate the technical domains and optimize availability and performance based on agreed service levels (SLAs).
Specifically, within The challenge we offer you: the "Infrastructure Services" team, you are in charge of:
- Capture and execution of tickets (incidents, service requests) assigned to the team;

Ensure the installation, administration and configuration of the applications used in the team;
-
Monitor monitoring consoles and intervene to ensure and / or restore continuity of service;
-
Administer accesses;
-
Optimize and automate administration and operation processes;
-
Support users and resolve operational incidents;
-
Ensure the reporting of maintenance activities and performance;
-
Write and maintain the operational documentation, plans / diagrams and procedures required;
-
Identify recurring alerts and put in place solutions to solve the problem;
-
Support follow-up actions against incidents that occurred during Microsoft custody;
-
Anticipate potential incidents based on alerts received during the day and inform the guard;
-
Contribute to ITIL processes implemented at our client: Incident, Problem, Availability, Change and Configuration Management.

- Bachelor or masterís in computer science or equivalent experience;

Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;

Operational level in English. French is a significant asset;
Technical knowledge required:Must qualify technical expertise in:
- Windows servers, Clusters - 2008, 2012, 2016
Should qualify technical expertise in:
- Virtualization (VMware)

Active Directory

Exchange, Office365
