As a customer quality senior specialist, you will help us to improve our customer satisfaction by investigating, preventing and providing solutions to any Quality and Logistics related issues. In terms of stakeholders, you will interact externally with brewers and customers and internally with all the departments involved in customer service delivery, from Logistics, to Finance, passing by Quality and Supply Chain. These interactions will help you shaping your career evolutions.
Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists is always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work
Your missions:
  • Follow up with complaint owners on resolution to ensure resolution is provided in quality and timely manner
  • Provide regular update to customers on the status of their complaints and communicate the resolution
  • Issue credit and debit note requests, follow up on the creation and financial booking
  • Solve issues and provide information: interact with Customers, Sales and several internal partners such as other order takers, master data team, supply and transport planning, transport administration, complaints management in order to solve problems and issues of all nature (master data, transport, availability, credit)
  • Ability to support other team members in operational issues and providing first level assistance in case Team Leader is not available
  • Shared responsibility with Team Leader for re-solving key operational issues in the team
  • Coordinate any ad hoc issues and requests from your Line manager
  • Report KPIs and take actions to improve service quality

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
  • You have a graduate degree and Logistics Experience in an ideally FMCG Company for at least 1-2 year
  • You master English and Spanish (proficient level)
  • You master Microsoft office (Excel & Power Point) + SAP
  • You perform even better under pressure, you love beers and last minute communication challenges
  • You drive changes and get excited at the possibility of developing your loyal team in the closest future
